Ramallah, July 3, 2024 – Annahda Women’s Association and Birzeit University’s Inclusive and Special Education Program have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at advancing national, humanitarian, and professional efforts to support people with disabilities in Palestine.
The agreement was signed at the association’s headquarters in the presence of the association’s president, Ms. Nadia Musleh; Secretary Samar Qassis; and General Manager George Rantisi, alongside a delegation from Birzeit University’s Faculty of Education, led by Dean Dr. Rifaa Al-Rumahi, Dr. Behan Al-Qaimari, Director of the Inclusive Education and Special Education Program, and Dr. Ayman.
This strategic agreement strengthens collaboration between the two institutions to better serve people with disabilities. In the coming phase, joint projects will be launched to improve education and rehabilitation services for this community, contributing to sustainable progress and greater societal inclusion.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to developing initiatives that foster the integration of people with disabilities into all aspects of life, emphasizing the values of solidarity and community partnership.
